Yes - where opening windows are required, panels can be designed in sections so they can be easily removed and repositioned when needed.

+ Will the acrylic scratch easily?
The acrylic used is durable and designed for everyday use. As with any glazed surface, care should be taken during handling and cleaning to avoid scratches.
+ Can I leave the panels installed all year round?
Yes - many customers leave panels installed throughout the year. For south-facing windows exposed to prolonged summer heat, we may recommend removing panels during particularly hot periods.
+ Will it help reduce condensation?
Secondary glazing can greatly reduce condensation by creating an insulating barrier between the room and the original window, helping to improve surface temperatures and overall comfort.
+ Do I need to alter my windows?
In most cases, no permanent alterations are required. Some window types or protruding furniture may require minor adjustments to ensure the panels sit flush within the frame.

Our finishes are designed to complement traditional paint colours and heritage interiors rather than provide exact paint matches. Variations can occur depending on lighting, age of paint, and existing surface finishes.
+ Can the finish be painted?
Yes - surrounding magnetic strips and certain visible elements can be carefully overpainted if required.
Measuring & Installation
+ How are the panels fitted?
Panels are fitted using a discreet magnetic fixing system which attaches directly to the window frame without drilling or permanent fixings.
+ Is installation difficult?
No - installation is designed to be simple and straightforward. Most customers are able to install the panels themselves using our measuring and fitting guides.
+ What if my windows aren’t perfectly square?
Many heritage windows are not perfectly square. We recommend allowing a small margin within the frame when measuring to ensure the panels fit comfortably and sit flush.
Delivery & Ordering
+ How long does delivery take?
Lead times can vary depending on order size and seasonal demand, but most orders are completed within approximately 10 working days.
+ Can I cancel or amend my order?
As all panels are made to measure, production begins shortly after an order is placed. Amendments may be possible within a short period after ordering, but cancellations cannot be guaranteed once manufacturing has started.
+ What is your returns policy?
As each order is bespoke and manufactured specifically to your measurements, panels cannot usually be returned or resold. However, if there are any issues with damage or manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
